Terms & Conditions

By confirming your order you accept the following Terms and Conditions:

  1. We are NurtureMe Limited. In these terms we refer to ourselves as ‘NurtureMe’.
  2. Our care packages are only available within the UK and are available as single purchase or monthly subscription, billed in advance and saving around 5%.
  3. You agree that you have read the ingredients of your package as listed in the product information and also confirm that you have told us of any known allergies.
  4. All our packages contain “daily” portions in 7 day strips and will come with clear instructions on how to take your supplements. In the case that you have to take your supplements more than once a day you will have AM and PM packages.
  5. All packages are designed to fit through a standard letterbox ensuring that no one needs to be home to take delivery however we can not guarantee this for some all letterboxes.
  6. If you have chosen a one-off purchase your package will be dispatched within 3 working days of receipt of payment.
  7. If you have chosen a monthly subscription:
    • your first package will be sent within 3 working days of receiving your order and and so that we can sync our dispatches your first package may contain either more or less than the 14 days supply. In the event that you cancel your contract the correct balance will be in your final package.
    • packages will arrive arrive fortnightly on Thursday or Friday. They will contain pre-portioned daily packages for the following 2 weeks.
    • there is no minimum term, meaning that you may cancel your subscription at any time, however we ask that you give us at least 2 weeks notice prior to your payment date to avoid your next shipment being prepared and sent. It is also requested that you inform us of your cancellation rather than simply cancelling your recurring payment. Failure to give us enough notice may mean that products are shipped to you automatically in which case they must be returned or paid for separately.
  8. The prices quoted on the website are subject to change from time to time, but once you have signed up to a package we will guarantee the same price for at least 6 months.
  9. Prices quoted are the cost of the package per calendar month and does not include the postage charge which will usually be £3.50 per month and will be added at checkout. Whilst every effort is taken to ensure that our prices are the same as the RRP for each of the products, we also maintain that you are getting more than just the products and as such prices are fixed and final and we can not enter into negotiation.
  10. We will try to make sure that the prices and all other information on the website are accurate but we are not liable for anything that happens due to errors that may appear to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer or other statutory rights that may not be excluded or in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
  11. All payments are via PayPal and you will need a PayPal account to create a subscription, although payments for one-off purchases and consultations can be paid via Credit Card.
  12. Goods will be dispatched via post, although NurtureMe have no control over the goods once they are shipped and cannot guarantee that your order will arrive within the time specified.
  13. We will not refund any charges relating to packing and shipping if you fail to take delivery of the goods at the address given by you on your order.
  14. In the event that you are not happy with your products you may return them to us provided that you:
    • send the goods back to us unopened and in their original packing within fourteen days of delivery to you;
    • accept that we are not responsible if the goods do not reach us for any reason.
      None of the above affects your statutory rights.
  15. Our service is 100% satisfaction guaranteed. However the term ‘or your money back’ refers to a maximum 1 months subscription and must be redeemed within the first 3 months of your subscription.
  16. All postage costs are non refundable.

  18. This Contract is deemed to have been made in England and is governed by English Law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts as regards any claim, dispute or matter arising out of or relating to this Contract.
