There are so many things in life that we can control and plan… sometimes in detail and to a specific timetable.  If only we could do that with our fertility.  For many, that can elude us, I should know …

But, what we can do is optimise our fertility, take responsibility and do the best we can.  Of course diet is one thing and I certainly want to discuss this later on, but there are also many vitamins and minerals that can be really useful.  We all know that folic acid is a must when trying to conceive,  but did you know that folic acid actually requires vitamin B12 in order to enter the cells… so they work better together.  That is often the case with minerals and vitamins, they work synergistically.  But what works with what?  Also if you take too much of something for too long, then it can have a detrimental effect – you can have too much of a good thing – to be honest it is a minefield!  Then there is all the choice out there – huge and confusing!

Well, help is at hand.  We want to take some of the stress out of this side of things and put together vitamin/mineral combinations that can optimise hormone balance, egg quality, endometrial health .. not forgetting the  boys, there is plenty that can be done to boost those little swimmers ….

So whilst we can’t control our fertility, there is much that can be done to help it. Let NurtureMe nurture you.
